Date:2012-10-24 13:46:05

On October 24, 2012, Mr Zhu Xinggen, vice secretary-general of Chinese Wushu Association was invited to introduce Taiji to the staff in Huaguang. This has aroused the upsurge of playing Taiji in the company. After a two-week program in learning Taiji, the participants realize that Taiji not only brings them fun, but also keeps them fit. In the past, Taiji was viewed by many as a kind of sport only for the elderly, but this is not the case. In fact, young people, even little kids can benefit a lot by playing it.

Ms Jin Limei, president of Huaguang, believes that the playing of Taiji can give the staff a chance to relax themselves after doing loads of office work and help to prevent some occupational diseases. From December 2012, Taiji has been played by the staff during the breaks in the morning and afternoon.
